SHARRI GAINES  is certified in Integrative Reflexology,
is a Yoga Teacher and Reiki  Energy Practitioner. She is a
graduate of Claire Marie Miller’s Integrative Reflexology
program, the Asheville Yoga Center and is a nationally
registered member of Yoga Alliance.  She holds a
Bachelor of Science degree from Marshall University.
Sharri has studied Acupressure and Acu-Yoga and offers
specialized workshops including Acupressure for Self-
Healing, Yoga for the Office, and Meditation &
Relaxation.
